Returns & Refunds Policy

At Half Price Packaging, all orders are custom-made and printed for individual customers. Since each order is produced to specific requirements, we do not approve traditional returns. To ensure quality concerns are addressed, we offer a transparent Free Reprint Guarantee.

Having worked with more than 3,000 clients, we focus on delivering packaging that matches approved expectations on every order.

Custom Orders & Return Eligibility

At Half Price Packaging, we produce each order according to the details and requirements shared by the customer.

That's why:

  • Custom packaging orders are non-returnable
  • Once production has started orders are non-refundable
  • Digital proof approval is required before production

Free Reprint Guarantee

Customers may qualify for a free reprint if the delivered order includes:

  • Printing defects
  • Incorrect size or specifications caused by our production error
  • Incorrect material used
  • Short quantity confirmed by our QC team
  • Manufacturing defects
  • Shipping-related damage (supported with proof)

Approved reprints are produced at no cost to the customer.

Quality Claim Timeframe (7-Day Reporting Window)

As part of our packaging quality guarantee, customers must report any issues within 7 calendar days of delivery. Late claims may not qualify for reprint or review.

Quality Control Review Process

Every claim is reviewed by our internal Quality Control (QC) team. If an issue is confirmed:

  • Our QC team completes an assessment
  • We inform the customer of the findings
  • Approved quantities are immediately scheduled for reproduction

If a short quantity is confirmed, the missing quantity will be placed into reproduction and the customer will be updated throughout the process.

Custom Packaging Return Policy

Refunds are not available for packaging orders once production begins.

We may consider a refund only if:

  • Production has not started
  • Materials have not been processed
  • Management approves the request

Cancellation Policy

Orders are eligible for cancellation only before production begins.

Once production starts, cancellations are no longer permitted.

Artwork Approval Responsibility

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all details in the final digital proof, including:

  • Spelling and Grammar
  • Colors and Layout
  • Box dimensions and Specifications
  • Dielines and Cut marks
  • Barcode Placement (if applicable)

Once artwork is approved, production begins shortly thereafter.

Shipping & Damage Reporting

Half Price Packaging ships worldwide using trusted carriers including DHL, FedEx, and UPS.

If shipping damage occurs, customers must provide:

  • Photos of outer cartons
  • Photos of internal packaging
  • Photos of damaged products

This helps us investigate quickly and resolve claims efficiently.
