At Half Price Packaging, we offer flexible and transparent payment options for customers worldwide. This policy outlines our accepted payment methods, billing terms, payment timelines, and any applicable transaction fees.

With over 3,000+ clients served, our goal is to make payments secure, straightforward, and convenient while ensuring both parties are protected throughout the production process.

Accepted Payment Methods

Half Price Packaging payment methods policy is given below:

• Credit Card / Debit Card
• Bank Transfer / Wire Transfer
• Zelle Payments
• Other approved electronic payment methods (based on invoice terms)

Wire Transfers & Bank Transfers

Wire transfers, payment packaging and bank transfers are accepted worldwide as a part of our billing policy.

• Wire transfers are processed with no additional fee from Half Price Packaging
• Bank account details are clearly listed on the customer invoice
• Customers may choose bank transfer to avoid card processing fees
• Customers are responsible for sending payment to the correct account details provided on the invoice

Credit Card & Online Payment Processing Fee

For credit card or online payment transactions, a standard processing fee applies.

• A 2.3% card processing fee is added to online transactions
• This fee covers transaction and payment processing charges
• Customers who wants to avoid this fee may pay through wire transfer or bank transfer

All fees are clearly communicated before payment is finalized.

Payment Terms & Advance Payment Policy

Since all orders are custom-made, payment is required before production begins in our custom packaging payment terms.

Orders Under $5,000

For orders under $5,000, advance payment is required.

Orders Over $5,000

For orders exceeding $5,000, flexible payment terms may be offered depending on:

• Order size
• Project scope
• Production requirements
• Customer relationship history
• Delivery timeline

Payment terms for larger orders are discussed and confirmed before production begins.

Net 30 / Net 60 & Flexible Payment Terms

Half Price Packaging may provide Net 30, Net 60, installment-based, or other flexible payment terms to approved customers for qualifying orders.

These terms are not automatic and are offered strictly on a case-by-case basis.

Eligibility for Credit Terms

To qualify for Net 30, Net 60, or installment-based payment terms, customers must:

• Enter into an Official Partnership MOU or Credit Agreement with Half Price Packaging
• Provide complete and verifiable company information
• Receive written approval from Half Price Packaging management

Flexible payment terms are typically considered for:

• High-volume or recurring orders
• Long-term brand partnerships
• Established businesses with verifiable credentials

Partnership MOU & Credit Agreement Requirement

All customers requesting extended payment terms must sign an official agreement that clearly states:

• Approved credit limit
• Payment schedule
• Installment structure (if applicable)
• Invoicing terms
• Late payment conditions
• Default and recovery clauses

Production will not start under Net 30 or Net 60 terms until the agreement is signed and approved.

Late Payments Under Credit Terms

Failure to meet the agreed payment timelines may result in:

• Suspension of current or future production
• Revocation of credit privileges
• Requirement of advance payment for future orders

Half Price Packaging reserves the right to modify or withdraw credit terms at any time based on payment history.

Payment Method for Credit Terms

Approved Net 30 or Net 60 invoices must be paid via:

• Bank transfer or wire transfer
• Other agreed non-card payment methods

Credit card payments may still be accepted but may include applicable processing fees according to credit card processing fee policy.

Invoice & Billing Information

All invoices issued by Half Price Packaging include:

• Product specifications
• Order quantity
• Pricing breakdown
• Shipping method (if applicable)

• Bank details for wire transfers

Customers are advised to review invoice details carefully before making payment.

Currency & International Payments

Invoices may be issued in USD or other agreed currency depending on customer location and payment method.

International customers may be responsible for bank conversion charges or intermediary transfer fees applied by their financial institutions.

Half Price Packaging is not responsible for exchange rate differences or third party bank charges.

Payment Confirmation & Processing

Once payment is received:

• Customers receive confirmation from our team
• Artwork proof process begins (if not completed already)
• Production is scheduled after final proof approval

Orders are not processed into production until payment confirmation is completed.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Half Price Packaging works transparently with customers to prevent disputes.

Due to the custom nature of packaging production:

• Chargebacks on completed or produced orders may be disputed with supporting proof approvals
• Customers are encouraged to contact our billing team before initiating any dispute

We strongly recommend customers review proof approvals and invoice details carefully before confirming payment.

Late Payments

If payment is not received within the agreed timeframe:

• Production timelines may be delayed
• Delivery schedules may shift
• Pricing or shipping availability may change depending on project status

Half Price Packaging is not responsible for delivery delays caused by late payments.
