Yes. Every order includes digital proofs for approval before production begins. This is also an industry standard process used by major packaging suppliers.

If production has not started, changes may be possible. Once the proof is approved and production begins, changes are typically not possible without a full reprint.

For best results, we recommend: AI, PDF, or PSD (print ready), 300 DPI images, Fonts outlined or included, Dielines used exactly as provided. If you are unsure, our in-house design team can help prepare print ready files.

Before approval, verify spelling, logo placement, colors, barcode placement, dielines, dimensions, and finishing info. Once approved, production begins and changes may not be possible.

We have the capacity to produce up to 1,000,000 boxes within 15 working days, depending on packaging type, specs, and production slot availability.

Production begins once your artwork proof is approved. Our production team will move your order into manufacturing quickly, sometimes within hours.

For cardstock or paperboard packaging, production can be as fast as: Minimum 3 working days for up to 10,000 boxes

Rigid and magnetic closure packaging typically takes longer due to materials and assembly: Minimum 10 working days for up to 10,000 boxes

For quantities above 10,000, lead time is confirmed at the time of order placement after your account manager confirms the production slot.

Rigid box turnaround is a minimum 10 working days, depending on complexity and finishing.

We offer three end to end delivery options (production + delivery), in working days: Express: 7 to 10 working days, Standard: 15 to 20 working days, Cost Saver: 45 to 55 working days. Because packaging is custom made, we do not operate like retail returns. Instead, we focus on quality resolution through a free reprint policy for approved cases.

If our Quality Control team confirms a production issue (defect, incorrect specs due to our error, short quantity confirmed by QC, etc.), we will reprint the approved quantity at no cost and keep you informed with QC updates.

Issues must be reported within 7 calendar days of delivery, along with photos or supporting evidence.
