The Journey of Ironwood Estate
Ironwood Estate is a family-owned cacao farm in Haleiwa, Hawaii, dedicated to producing authentic farm-to-bar chocolate. What started as five acres of neglected farmland has grown into a thriving cacao orchard through sustainable farming and hands-on cultivation. The estate grows, harvests, and processes its own cacao while expanding into tropical crops like lilikoi to create uniquely Hawaiian chocolate experiences.
